Bollywood Superstar Shahrukh Khan enters the Real Estate arena with a major builder project to be announced in Dubai UAE. Shah Rukh Khan is reportedly personally involved in the conceptualization of the projects. Beginning with a few properties in Ras Al Kahimah emirate of the UAE, the very first real estate property development from the association of Shahrukh Khan and TSA International Investments, UAE would be Shah Rukh Khan Boulevard located in Al Dana in Ras Al Kahimah, UAE.

Shah Rukh Khan Boulevard would be announced in the first week of October by SRK himself. The residential project is slated to offer one bedroom and two bedroom apartments along with studio apartments as the housing options. Designed by respected architect Toni Ashai, Shah Rukh Khan Boulevard would be an exclusive real estate property.

In another teaming up of SRK with renowned property developer Nakheel of Dubai, Shah Rukh Khan is planning to purchase a house on the man-made island of Palm Jumeirah off the Dubai Coast.

The fascination of Shahrukh Khan and wife Gauri Khan with the burgeoning real estate sector would continue in the domestic property market welcoming him into major metro cities like Mumbai, Kolkata and Delhi. Shah Rukh Khan turns Builder with another home being constructed in Delhi on the lines of Mannat – his house in Mumbai.

This transition of Bollywood Badshah to Builder has created quite a stir in both the entertainment and real estate sectors.
